As at 28 September 2022, the Company’s issued share capital consists of 73,307,105 ordinary shares with a nominal value of £0.01 each (“Ordinary Shares”), each share having equal voting rights.
The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares or treasury shares.
In accordance with AIM Rule 26, insofar as the Company is aware, the percentage of the Company’s issued share capital not in public hands is 10.65%.
There are no restrictions on the transfer of securities.
